3) Promise out of Guarantee Period

3. The corporation will ask customers for certain charges on condition and also provide lists for check.
4. After maintenance, the maintaining reports should be filled out in time, including the trouble cause, tackling situation and advice of customers, with each party keeping one copy for records.
